Communication Skills

For example:

  1.  As a student, you need to be able to answer the questions asked by the teacher correctly. Tests should be well written. But how?
  2. For higher education, you have to write many competitive exams. Achieve a good rank in it. How is this possible?
  3. You must pass the interview to get the job. That interview will include a written test, group discussion, and an individual round. Why they choose you as the first candidate?
  4. To become a successful entrepreneur. To provide the best service in the field of your choice. To move on marriage life without any tides. To guide your kids towards development.
  5. To become a successful leader and in many more aspects.

Active listening and reading:

Good marks do not come only by having a complete understanding of all the subjects.

Before answering anything, we need to have a clear understanding of what we are saying /writing. That is why it is important to listen/read the question correctly.

Be clear and concise:

Giving your explanation as clear as possible will reduce the chance of misunderstanding, as well as help others to understand your intention quickly.

Writing/speaking clearly and concisely is a way to capture and retain their interest.

Changing your style of expression to suit others:

Body language is an important part of communication.

Putting a happy face when sad will change its meaning of sadness.

Your facial expressions let others know what you are thinking or feeling. In addition, your facial expressions indicate how you understand written language.

Be courteous and coherent:

Courtesy is the respect we give to others. The message should be passionate, polite, and responsive. Being courteous, you are giving a message that you are taken their words into consideration in a positive way.

What you say should be logical and coherent. It should convey your thoughts and intentions. All points you specify must be relevant to the topic and relevant to the context well.

The correct names and titles that you have mentioned will reflect the error-free message.

How to practice:

Practice yourself by talking fluently with facial expressions as you can with a mirror figure, with all characters which you comprehend in the outside world.  When you identify yourself as the best communicator, you become that.

Good communication always gives positive results in all aspects.  Need to participate and speak in all available contexts for good communication skills. True feedback must be taken from others. In considering their opinion, you should make sure not to repeat it in future situations.

"No matter what job you have in life, your success will be determined by your communication skills."

IT IS A CONTINUOUS PROCESS OF PRACTICE IN A LIFE TIME.
